Introduction

The silane vaporization chamber deposits a gas-phase monolayer of the chemical trimethylchlorosilane (silane) to serve as a counter-adhesion agent for glass or silicon substrates.

Purpose

To redesign the silane chamber and overcome issues of corrosion and usability.
